1. Some research and testing needs to be done into the Search capability of the web site. Apparently some searches take a very long time or indeed may crash the site entirely. Look to optimising the search facility and optimisation of the physical database, review index fields and relationships for streamline.

2. Business Logic issue : - The PAYMENT GATEWAY does not function properly. You will probably notice within the code that at places there are calls to the Payment Gateway which are hard coded, or worked around. This is causing incorrect functionality and is the result of several developers working on the site with no knowledge of how it works. Please follow the process of signing up to become an Agent or Supplier and see what happens, use lots of debug elements to view the path and code. They Payment Gateway code is, or should be, in place, its just that it is not used properly and transactions are not going through.

3. In relation to the above; When a Membership “Upgrade” occurs in the system it is not being recognised that they have gone from being a TRIAL to a FULL MEMBER. This needs to be corrected throughout the system.
