Site Aim
The aim of the site is to inform, educate & share with women (aged 25-55), holistic ways of increasing their energy and well-being by combining western, eastern and complementary principles of health. The site will focus on physical, mental, emotional & spiritual health for women, and contain personal opinions, articles, research, recipes, book reviews, yoga videos/photos etc.

Deliverables Needed
* Provide site banner graphic
* Provide graphic in photoshop CS3 v10 version as well, so that I can update as necessary
* Recommend web-friendly font & font colour for blog that would compliment your design (prefer sans serif fonts)
* Include blog name (finding my energy) and tagline (helping you find energy and wellbeing) in banner graphic
* Provide at least 3 banner design options
* Banner size: approx. 960 pixels length x 200 pixel height (see current blank blue header at www.findingmyenergy.com for exact size)

Women aged 25 – 55 wanting to improve their physical, mental, emotional & spiritual energy levels and well-being
